URLA 2009 Form Style: Retired Fields and Mapping Rules

Some fields in the URLA 2009 form style loan application are not used in the URLA 2020 version. These fields are listed under Retired Fields on page 1. Because of the retired, changed or new fields between the two URLA versions, certain mapping rules applied during migration. These rules are provided under Mapping Rules on page 1.

ClosedRetired Fields

The following fields from the URLA 2009 form style loan application are not used in the URLA 2020 version. Data from these fields will not carry over to the URLA 2020 loan application when toggling between URLA versions or migrating to the URLA 2020 version.

Mapping Rules for the Manner in Which Title Will Be Held

After the URLA 2020 Effective Date, draft applications are migrated to the URLA 2020 version. Information recorded on the URLA 2009 Borrower Information (Vesting) page is mapped to corresponding fields for the Manner in Which Title Will be Held in the URLA 2020 loan application, as shown in the table below.
