Updates to the Encompass Client Machines
The Encompass 24.1 Critical Patch 4 release includes the following updates, which will be applied to users' Encompass client machines (24.1.0.4). This client update can be controlled manually via the Encompass Version Manager tool. If the tool has been configured to always apply new releases to users’ computers automatically, users will receive this update upon their initial log in of Encompass following the release.
Updates for NMLS Reporting
The following updates have been made in Encompass for NMLS reporting:

The logic used for NMLS version 6.0 (NMLS Rev. 2024.1) reporting now includes loans with a status of Pre-Approval Requests Approved but not Accepted in line item AC030 and Pre-Approval Requests Denied in line item AC040.

When setting up the report options in the NMLS Call Report tool, the Format option now defaults to Excel - Expanded. This format (or the XML - Expanded format) is required to use the Version 6.0 (NMLS Rev. 2024.1) report.
