Export iLAD (MISMO 3.4)

Use the Export iLAD (MISMO 3.4) option to download loans in iLAD (Industry Loan Application Dataset) format from the Pipeline to your computer.

This feature is supported on Encompass 20.2 and later versions.

Only users assigned with the Export iLAD option in Encompass Personas setting have access to the Export iLAD (MISMO 3.4) option from the Pipeline.

You can export one loan at a time. Ensure that you have saved your changes to your loan and closed the loan file before you start exporting.

To Export A Loan in iLAD (MISMO 3.4) Format:

  1. Close the loan you want to export and go to your Pipeline.

  2. Click the loan you want to export, and from the Pipeline menu, point to GSE Services, and then click Export iLAD (MISMO 3.4), OR,

    Right-click the loan you want to export, point to GSE Services, and then click Export iLAD (MISMO 3.4).

  3. In the Export to iLAD window, click the Search icon.

    • In the Browse For Folder window, navigate to the location on your computer where you want to save the exported file.
    • Click OK.

  4. Back in the Export to iLAD window, click OK.

  5. On the confirmation window, click OK.

    If you select an URLA 2009 loan for the iLAD MISMO 3.4 export, the loan will be successfully exported with missing URLA 2020 data, as expected.
