Export UCD

Use the Export UCD option to download loan files in Uniform Closing Dataset (UCD) format to your computer.

You need Persona access to UCD Export to be able to export your loan files in UCD format. Encompass administrators and other authorized users can grant users access to UCD Export. Authorized users need to mark their Closing Disclosure (CD) as Final in the eFolder, disclose their loans, and then export their loan in UCD format. For loans that are not disclosed, a review copy of the loan can be exported.

To Export A Loan in UCD Format:

Close all loan files and go to your Pipeline.
Click to select the loan file you want to export.
From the Pipeline menu, point to GSE Services, and then select Export UCD .
In the Export UCD window, select Final Copy and then click the Continue button.

Note: If your loan has not yet been disclosed, or does not have a CD marked as Final attached to it, the following message displays:

The CD snapshot Data & PDF have not been created. Mark CD as final in the eFolder and Disclosure Tracking to export the Data & PDF copy. Would you like to export Data Only?
Click the Continue button.
On the Export to UCD window, click the Lookup icon.
On the Browse For Folder window, go to the folder in which you want to save your export file, and then click the OK button.
On the Export to UCD window, click the OK button.
On the confirmation window, click OK.
