Move a Loan to Another Folder

You can move loans to other folders so that they are removed from your active Pipeline view, but are easily accessible by changing the Pipeline's Loan Folder selection. You can also move loans between folders so you can display the Dashboard and run reports for loans in a specified folder.

To Move a Loan to the Another Folder:

  1. On your Pipeline, select one or more folders from the Loan Folder dropdown list. Loans in all selected folders will be displayed in the Pipeline.

  2. Click to select the loans to be moved.

  3. Click the Move to Folder button.

  4. On the Move Loans window, select a folder from the list, and then click OK.

  5. Click Yes to confirm the moving of the loan.

    • If you are moving more than one loan, select the Apply to all items checkbox to confirm the movement of all of the loans at once.
