Send eDisclosure Notifications to Additional Users

Click the notification button on the Encompass Pipeline or in the eFolder (on the Send Consent, Send Request, and Send eDisclosure windows) to enable Encompass users to select other users who will receive email notifications when:

  • eConsent requests, document requests, or eDisclosures are sent to a borrower

  • Notifications or alerts are generated for the sender (related to the original document requests and eDisclosures)

  1. On the Pipeline tab, select one or more loan files, and then click Notify Users.

  • If one loan was selected, the Notify Users window shows a list of all user who are currently notified.

  • If multiple loans were selected, the Notify Users window displays a list of all user who are currently notified for all the selected loans. The loans for which each user is notified display below the user name.

  1. On the eFolder Documents tab, click the eConsent button.

  2. Click the Notify Additional Users button below the text field.

  1. On the eFolder Documents tab, click the Request button, select the documents to request, and then click Send.

  2. When the Loan Originator message displays, click Yes.

  3. Click the Notify Additional Users button below the text field.

  1. On the eFolder Documents tab, click the eDisclosures button.

  2. Select a Plan Code, and then click Order Disclosures.

  3. Select the eDisclosure documents, and then click Send.

  4. When the Loan Originator message displays, click Yes.

  5. Click the Notify Additional Users button below the text field.

  1. To add users who are Loan Team members:

    • Click the Find icon (magnifying glass) in the Add users to be notified section.

    • Select a user from the list and click OK.

    • Enter a Notify Through date (after the selected date, the user will no longer receive notifications) and then click Add.

  2. To add users who are not Loan Team members:

    • Enter an address in the Email Address field.

    • Enter a Notify Through date (after the selected date, the user will no longer receive notifications), and then click Add.

  3. To modify an existing user, double click an entry in the Email Address column, and then edit the email address.

    A user can only be modified when editing the users for a single loan file.

  4. To modify an existing Notify User Through date, double-click a date in the Notify Through column, and then enter or select a new date.

    A Notify User Til date user can only be modified when editing the users for a single loan file. A modified date can be in the past, but cannot be more that 120 days in the future.

  5. When finished, click Save.
