View Loan Summary Information

There are many different options for setting up and viewing loan information on the Pipeline. You can use one or more standard Pipeline Views that are based on your assigned persona and specified by the system administrator. You can also create custom Pipeline Views by making changes such as adding or removing columns, changing the order of columns, and sorting column data.

Each Pipeline View contains a loan folder selection, the view selection between All Loans and My Loans, search filters, added/removed columns, column order, and your column sorting selection.

ClosedPipeline view options

  • Standard - There are 16 Standard Pipeline Views. Each view is designed to match the needs of one of the 16 personas. The admin determines the views that are available to you based on your assigned persona. The admin also controls the columns that are included in the view.

  • Custom - Custom Pipeline Views are views that you create and save in your Pipeline. There are many different ways to customize a view including:
  • Once you save a view, it will be added to the Pipeline View dropdown list. You can create as many Custom Pipeline Views as needed.

  • Temporary - A Temporary Pipeline View is a custom view that you create but do not save to your Pipeline. If you create a Temporary View and then leave the Pipeline, the view will remain intact for you to return to later. However, if you log out and then return to the Pipeline, the default view will display. If you do not save a view, it will not be available in the Pipeline View dropdown list.
