Verification of Deposit (VOD)

More Resources on the URLA Support Page

Use the Verification of Deposit (VOD) to record deposit and associated account information. When working with the URLA 2009 forms, when you add deposit information on the VOD, the total displays in the Assets and Liabilities section on the 1003 Page 2 input and output forms. When working with the URLA 2020 forms, when you enter deposit information on the VOD, the first five entries display in Section 2a on the 1003 URLA Part 3 input form. If you add depository information on the 1003 URLA Part 3, the information is added to the VOD. All VOD records display on the output form, provided the Does Not Apply checkbox is not selected for Section 2a on the 1003 URLA Part 3.

With URLA 2020 forms, non-depository account information is now recorded in the Verification of Other Assets.

To shortcut the entry of address information, type the zip code first. The City and State fields will automatically be filled.
