Verification of Residence (VOR)

More Resources on the URLA Support Page

Use the Verification of Residence (VOR) to record current and previous residences for the borrower pair. When you add residence information on the VOR, the current and first previous residence display on the 1003 URLA Part 1 or 1003 Page 1 input form (depending on the URLA forms used for the loan). If you add residence information on the 1003 URLA Part 1 or 1003 Page 1, the information is added to the VOR. When using the URLA 2009, the two VOR entries that display on the 1003 Page 1 will print to the output form. When using the URLA 2020, all VOR records for Current or Former addresses display on the output form, provided the Does Not Apply checkbox is not selected for the Former Address section on the 1003 URLA Part 1.

To shortcut the entry of address information, type the zip code first. The City and State fields will automatically be filled.
