Fixed Issues for Version 23.1.0.6 (Banker Edition)
This section describes the issues that have been fixed in this release.
Why we fixed this issue: This issue was fixed to improve usability and to help ensure Encompass is operating as expected. This issue was chosen to be fixed based on the severity of its impact to clients and client feedback.
Updates to the Encompass Client Machines
The Encompass 23.1 March Service Pack Critical Patch 2 release contains the following items, which are client-side updates that are applied to users' Encompass client machines (23.1.0.6). This client update can be controlled manually via the Encompass Version Manager tool. If the tool has been configured to always apply new releases to users’ computers automatically, users will receive this update upon their initial log in of Encompass following the release.
Users adding enhanced conditions to the Conditions tab in the eFolder experienced an issue where several of the dropdown fields in the Details panel were not populated and the dropdown lists did not contain any options for the user to select. The impacted fields were Source, Prior To, Owner, Recipient Details, and Category. The Track Status options were also missing. This issue has been resolved for new enhanced conditions added in Encompass 23.1.0.6 (and later). These fields and options for these conditions are now populated and accessible to authorized users as expected.
Workaround Information:
The following two workarounds were provided for this production issue. They are no longer required for Encompass 23.1.0.6 and later:

Go into the Condition in Settings > eFolder Setup > Enhanced Conditions > open the Condition > Click Customize Condition Setting > Click Persona and select the boxes you want them to have access to. This will only work for adding a condition using the Conditions List or Automated Conditions options. It will not work for adding a Blank Condition.

In order to be able to add a Blank Condition the user must go to Settings>Company/User Setup > Personas then select the necessary Persona for the user>Select the Settings tab>Under Company Settings place a check mark in the Enhanced Conditions box. This second workaround is most likely going to be the preferred one as it allows the user to add any type of condition.
