Updates and Enhancements in Version 23.2.0.2 (Banker Edition)
This section discusses the updates to features being introduced in this Encompass release.
Updates to the Encompass Client Machines
The Encompass 23.2 June Service Pack release includes the following updates, which will be applied to users' Encompass client machines (23.2.0.2). This client update can be controlled manually via the Encompass Version Manager tool. If the tool has been configured to always apply new releases to users’ computers automatically, users will receive this update upon their initial log in of Encompass following the release.
The GSE Additional Provider Data input form has been updated with a Halcyon field (field ID GSEVENDOR.X51) to capture Halcyon’s income verification report ID so that when loans are submitted to Freddie Mac Loan Product Advisor (LPA), the borrower’s assets can be automatically reviewed, without needing to send additional supporting documentation. The report ID must be manually entered into this field at this time. This field will automatically capture the report ID in a future Encompass release.

The Other field (field ID URLA.X143) in the Loan Features section on the 1003 URLA - Lender has been converted from a free entry field to an editable dropdown field. The following options are available:
-
Affordable LTV - FNMA
-
Standard LCOR (Limited Cash-Out Refinance) FNMA
-
There is also a blank option that enables users to type a description in the field if needed.

Updated have been made to improve slow performance times for some customers when opening input forms that trigger field recalculations when the forms open (for example the RegZ-LE or RegZ-CD) or when saving or closing a loan after making changes to these forms. Previously some customers experienced delays of 1-2 minutes when loading the forms and 2 or more minutes to save or close the loan. These performance improvements do not change any functionality on the forms. They are for performance improvements only.
