Fixed Issues for Version 23.2.0.2 Server Patch 2 (Broker Edition)

Why we fixed this issue: This issue was fixed to improve usability and to help ensure Encompass is operating as expected. This issue was chosen to be fixed based on the severity of its impact to clients and client feedback.
Update to the Encompass Server (i.e., Server Patch 2)
Below are updates in the Server Patch (server patch 2) that are applied to the Encompass Server. The Server Patch contains the relevant Encompass code that applies to the following fixed issues. The Server Patch included with this release will be applied to the Encompass Server automatically and cannot be controlled manually via the Encompass Version Manager tool.
When administrators moved organization folders to a new location within the folder hierarchy in the Encompass Settings > Company/User Setup > Organization/Users screen, the users within some moved folders were no longer displayed and available to locate or view in the Encompass Settings > System Administration > All User Information list. In addition, some organizational folders were not displayed in the their new location on the Organization/Users screen. Only after getting assistance from ICE Mortgage Technology to clear their cache would the users and folders display correctly in their new location. This refresh issue has been resolved and all users and folders are now displaying correctly after being moved.
An issue occurred for administrators when renaming loan templates (i.e., templates located within in Encompass Settings > Loan Templates such as Loan Programs and Data Templates). After typing a new name for a template, the system took several minutes to refresh the screen and display the new name. This issue has been resolved and renaming the template no longer takes an extended amount of time.
