What's In This Release (TPO Connect Administration)

Feature Enhancements

Rebranding Update

• New Encompass TPO Connect Administration Logo Added to Admin Portal (NGENT-22548) - A new Encompass TPO Connect Administration logo has been added to each page of the Admin Portal.

Fee Management

• New Borrower/Lender Paid Compensation Option Added to Fee Management Setting (NGENT-13470) – A new Borrower/Lender Paid Compensation option has been added to the Fee Management setting. This new option enables the Borrower Paid Compensation/Lender Paid Compensation radio buttons on the Loan Estimate Fee Management page to be linked to the Borrower/Lender Paid (field ID LCP.X1) field on the Encompass LO Compensation screen.

URLA 2020

• New Subject Property is a Condotel and Subject Property is a Non-Warrantable Project Options Added to Lender Loan Information Section of URLA 2020 Setting (NGENT- 20758) - New Subject Property is a Condotel and Subject Property is a Non-Warrantable Project options have been added to the Lender Loan Information section of the URLA 2020 setting. These new options enable accurate pricing to be provided and enable Persona Access to Fields business rules to be applied.

Pipeline View

• Bucket View Supports All Fields in Reporting Database (NGENT- 8518) - When creating Bucket Views in the Pipeline View Setting, all fields in the Reporting Database, with the following data types, are now available.

Pages & Links

• Custom Login Page No Longer Displays a Border (NGENT-22135) - The Custom Login page no longer includes a 2 pixel inset border. The removal of the border is consistent with the ICE Mortgage Technology visual style standards.

Additional Settings

• New TPO Connect Site URL (Optional) Option Added to TPO ESIGN Section of Additional Settings (NGENT- 23250) - A new TPO Connect Site URL (Optional) option has been added to the TPO ESIGN section of Additional Settings. This option enables a vanity URL to be used instead of the standard Encompass TPO Connect URL.

While this setting is now available in Encompass TPO Connect, the corresponding email notification enhancement will be available in an upcoming Encompass release.

Additional Enhancements

• New Show User Persona(s) Check Box Added to TPO Contacts Page (NGENT-18535) – A new Show User Persona(s) check box has been added to the TPO Contacts page. This new check box enables the data in the Persona(s) column to be loaded. By default, this check box will not be selected.

• Secure Scripting Framework Now Supports Redirects to URLA 2020 Page (NGENT-23287) – The Secure Scripting Framework (SSF) now supports redirects to any page within the URLA 2020 application.

Fixed Issues

• Asset Account Pop-Up Window for URLA 2020 Loans Can No Longer Be Edited When Persona Access to Field Business Rule Sets Fields to “View Only/Disabled” (NGENT-10158) – Fixed an issue where a user could edit the Asset Account pop-up window when a Persona Access to Field business rule set the pop-up window fields to “View Only/Disabled” and that user was assigned a persona controlled by the rule.

• Loan Navigation Menu Items Now Honor Sort Order Configured on Navigation Tab of Pages & Links Setting (NGENT-12821) – Fixed an issue where the Loan Navigation Menu did not reflect changes made to the sort order of the menu items on the Navigation tab of the Pages & Links setting.

• Custom Error Message Now Displayed When Loan Action Completion Business Rule Requiring MISMO 3.4 Data File for URLA 2020 Loan Triggered (NGENT- 21397) – Fixed an issue where a generic "Loan action completion validation failed." error message was generated instead of a custom error message when a Loan Action Completion business rule that required a MISMO 3.4 data file for a URLA 2020 loan was triggered.

• Required Fields Pop-Up Window Now Displayed When Loan Action Completion Business Rule Requiring Field ID NEWHUD.X203 for Submit Action Triggered (NGENT-22589) – Fixed an issue where the Required Fields pop-up window was not displayed when a rule that requires field ID NEWHUD.X203 for Submit action was triggered.

What's In This Release (TPO Connect Website Updates)

URLA 2020 Updates

• Added Lock Icons to Present and Proposed Housing Fields (NGENT-22188) – Added lock icons to the Rent, First Mortgage P&I, Property Taxes, and Other Financing P&I fields to enable users to override calculations and manually enter values in these fields.

• Added Lock Icons to Ins, Taxes, Association Dues (NGENT-22257) – Added a lock icon to the Ins, Taxes, Association Dues field in section 3a-c Property You Own when the Subject Property indicator is selected.

• Added Prequal Credit Report Check Box (NGENT-22264) – Added a Prequal Credit Report check box field to the L3. Mortgage Loan Information form.

• Added Energy Efficient Fields (NGENT-22705) – Added an Energy Efficient Debts field to the Assets – Bank Accounts, Retirement, and Other Accounts You Have page and an Existing Energy Improvement section to the Lender Loan Information page.

Trades Updates

• Trades Progress Bar Added to Trades Print Preview and Print Pages (NGENT-22260) – Added the trades progress bar to the trade print preview and print pages to enable the TPO to quickly see the progress of the trade.

Feature Enhancements

• Email Notifications Now Trigger on Document Upload (NGENT-14890) – In order to ensure that lenders receive document upload notifications, the TPO user is prompted with a warning before navigating away from the TPO Connect site.

• Reporting Views Header Loads Separately from Loan List (NGENT-18188) – A change to the Reporting Views page loads the Reporting View header Separately from the loan list to improve load time performance in cases with high loan counts.

Fixed Issues

• Loan Summary Lock Card Now Displays Current Lock Values (NGENT-12127) – Fixed an issue where the Loan Summary Lock Card was displaying the current loan values instead of the current lock values.

• Source of File no Longer Updated After Importing Additional Data (NGENT-16936) – Fixed an issue where the Source of File field was updated from Encompass TPO Connect to Fannie Mae 3.2 when importing additional data.

• Addressed Inconsistencies with Document Print and Export to CSV Lists (NGENT-21018) – Fixed an issue where the documents listed on the output forms when clicking the Print or Export to CSV icons would list documents that didn’t match what the users had access to.

• Reporting Views Now List Accurate Count of Loans (NGENT-20262) – Fixed an issue where the number of loans listed next to the report name did not match the number of loans in the report view.
