Encompass TPO Connect 22.2 Major Release

These are the release notes for the Encompass TPO Connect 22.2 Major Release. They include a high-level overview of new features, feature and form enhancements, and fixed issues, followed by more detailed information and instructions where appropriate.

What's In This Release (TPO Connect Administration)

Feature Enhancements

Pipeline View Updates

• New Options to Display Old Pipeline or New Pipeline (NGENT-25178) - Two new options, “Display Old Pipeline - default selection” and “Display New Pipeline”, have been added to the Pipeline View setting to indicate whether the old Pipeline or the new Pipeline is displayed on your TPO website.

If Display New Pipeline is selected, a New Pipeline tab will be displayed on your TPO website at the top of the page.

• New Ability to Assign Encompass Pipeline View to Encompass TPO Connect Bucket Pipeline View (NGENT-18185) - A new ability to assign an Encompass pipeline view has been added to the Encompass TPO Connect Bucket pipeline view.

URLA 2020 Updates

• New Ability to Add Fields to Loan App Settings Sections (NGENT-25233, NGENT-25793) - A new Add Fields button has been added to the bottom of each section under the Loan App Settings section to enable standard and custom fields to be added to the end of section under a new “Additional Fields” header.

The additional fields will not be added to the Quick Registration or Correspondent Delegated Registration pages.

New Settings

• New Enable Freddie Mac Import Settings Added to Automated Underwriting Service Section of Integrations Setting (NGENT-24444) - A new set of Enable Freddie Mac Import settings has been added to the Automated Underwriting Service section of the Integrations setting. This new set of settings enable the Freddie Mac import for Wholesale and Non-Delegated channels.

• New Ability to Add Custom Widgets to Dashboard Widgets Tab of Pages & Links Setting (NGENT-25272, NGENT-25708) - A new Add Custom Widgets button has been added to the Dashboard Widgets tab of the Pages & Links setting. This new button enables custom widgets to be added to your TPO website’s Welcome page.

Additional Enhancement

• New Fields Added to TPO Portal Loan Import Setting of Admin Tools (NGENT-26166) - The following URLA 2020 1003 padlocked fields have been added to the Admin Tools>Settings Manager>TPO Portal Loan Import setting to configure whether the Encompass TPO Connect values for the fields are retained or the values of the fields are recalculated by Encompass.

• Net Income/Loss (field ID FM0132)

Fixed Issue

• Page No Longer Blanks Out When Resolving Field Entry Data Business Rule Requiring Value for Field ID 1393 (NGENT-25496) - Fixed an issue where the page went blank when a Field Entry Data business rule with the Current Loan Status (field ID 1393) as a pre-required field was triggered and a user attempted to select a value for field ID 1393 in the Error Details pop up window.

What's In This Release (TPO Connect Website Updates)

User Interface Update

• Pipeline User Interface Updated (NGENT-22717, NGENT-24510, NGENT-24532, NGENT-24535, NGENT-25156, NGENT-25437) – The Pipeline has been updated to provide a better user experience. This is the first phase of the Pipeline update.

• Updated Date Field User Interface (NGENT-23019, NGENT-23822) – Updated the date selection component for date fields.

Feature Enhancements

• Support added for ILAD file import (NGENT-21199, NGENT-21202) – TPO Connect users can now create new loans or import additional data to existing loans with an ILAD 3.4 formatted file.

• Added Ability to Import Loan File From LPA ID (NGENT-21205, NGENT-24441) – TPOs can now create a new loan and import additional loan data from a Freddie Mac LPA ID without having to re-enter the data manually.

• Foreign Address Country Field Options Updated (NGENT-24926) – Updated options for the Foreign Address Country field to add countries and correct misspelled countries.

• Credit Vendor List Updated (NGENT-25150) – Updated the list of available credit vendors to accurately display supported partners.

Fixed Issues

• AE Impersonating Encompass TPO Connect LO Can No Longer Access and eSign on behalf of Impersonated LO (NGENT-25245) - An account executive (AE) impersonating an Encompass TPO Connect loan officer (LO) can no longer access and eSign on behalf of that impersonated LO.

• Fixed Issue Preventing Sending Disclosures From Encompass for Some Loans Originated in TPO Connect (NGENT-25849) – Fixed an issue where disclosures could not be sent for some loans that originated in TPO Connect.

• Conditions Print Form Formatting Updated to Support Long Descriptions NGENT-17697) – Fixed an issue where the text from a condition description would display over the Prior To column when printing conditions.

• Alternate Names For Additional Borrowers no Longer Associated With Primary Borrower Pair (NGENT-25507) – Fixed an issue where the alternate names added to a non-primary borrower was associated with the primary borrower pair.

• Fixed Issue Where Submit for Review Button Would Display for a Previously Submitted Loan (NGENT-25884) - Fixed an issue where the Submit for Review button would display after refreshing the Documents page.

• Refreshing Contact Us Page No Longer Takes User To Home Page (NGENT-20982) – Fixed an issue where refreshing the Contact Us page would take the TPO user to the home page for the TPO site.

• New Message Dual AUS DU Findings on VA and FHA Loans (NGENT-24772) – Added messaging instructing users where to view findings for VA and FHA loans.
