Velocify LeadManager 23.3 Release Notes

What's in This Release

• Encompass Connector - Sync: Encompass Milestone now available as a sync filter.

• Two-Factor Authentication: Multi-Factor Authentication (using Microsoft Authenticator) now an option for web application users.

• Password Reset: Updated web application reset password process.

• Script Form View: Special characters support in the Script Form View including letters with accent marks, foreign language punctuation marks, and Unicode characters.

• Automatic Time Zone Calculation - Local Presence: Automatic Time Zone Calculation and Local Presence have been enhanced to account for new area codes.

• Manage Posts: Velocify admins can now save a post template using JSON POST even if field tags are included in the body without quotation marks.

• SMS: 

  • Manage SMS page no longer accessible if you do not have SMS enabled for your Velocify instance.

  • Improved performance for SMS Real Time report Template filter to ensure all data populates in the report.

  • Lead Import and Creation When Lead Opts-Out from SMS: Released with the Velocify LeadManager 23.2 August Service Pack.

• User Experience (UX): Updated look and feel throughout 2023 to support current technologies
