What's in This Release

  • Sales Manager Home Page:

    • Ability to view information for each object configured for use with Velocify Pulse
    • Opportunities Created metric renamed to Records Created displaying data for the selected object

    • Lead Throughput renamed to Milestone Metrics to support all objects

  • Accessibility: Ongoing accessibility updates in support of WCAG Compliance
  • License
    • Automatic assignment of existing synced records to new Licensed Users
    • Warning message for non-licensed users
  • Take Action Comments: Increased to 5000 characters
  • Domain Update: New email address for Velocify notifications
  • List View: Ability to display only Priority View in List View
  • Salesforce Platform: View Agent Status changes in the Streaming Monitor

Sandbox Testing Reminder

Test all key business processes associated with Velocify Pulse. Review with Users, Sales Manager, and Velocify Admin Profiles and Permission Sets. If you have customizations, such as Custom Permission Sets, Process Builders on Velocify configured objects, custom code or jobs, they should all be tested with this release during the 4 week Sandbox window. If you have questions on suggested Test Cases, reach out to your Velocify Project Team Lead or Laurie Waddell.
