What's in This Release

  • Priority Views: Ability for Velocify Pulse admins to add Velocify Record History (VRH) fields as columns to Priority Views

  • Distribution Rules: New Shotgun Distribution Attempted program filter

  • Sales Manager:

    • New Rep Activity Panel: Added to the Sales Manager home page displaying the sum totals for all displayed users

    • Live Monitoring: Agent tiles on the Live Monitoring page now display the total time that an agent has been in their current state (Available, Unavailable, On a Call)

  • Dial-IQ: 

    • HUD: Inbound Source now displayed on the HUD (Heads Up Display) when an inbound call is in progress

    • Call Detail Object: Inbound Number Group: When a Call Detail object is created, it now includes the associated Inbound Number Group if applicable

  • Salesforce: New Enable Velocify Debugging option available in Custom Settings enabling Velocify admins to activate Velocify debug logs without having to grant ISV login access
