What's in This Release

• Redesigned Admin Pages: Improved User Interface for instances using the Salesforce Lightning Experience

• Unsync Records: Opportunity records supported

• Dial-IQ

  • Filter Call Metrics by Group: Live Call Metrics now reflect the Group filter on the Live Monitoring page, helping managers better understand how Inbound Calls are waiting to be distributed.

  • Time Zone Protect - Call Blocking: Velocify Pulse users can now block calls made to synced records in real time if they are made outside of Time Zone Protect hours

  • New Link Receiving Calls to Receiving Leads Setting: A new setting that can link the Leads and Calls buttons, ensuring managers using Live Monitoring have an accurate picture on the number of available agents

  • Call Detail Object now includes the associated Inbound Number Group if applicable

Sandbox Testing Reminder

Test all key business processes associated with Velocify Pulse. Review with Users, Sales Manager, and Velocify Admin Profiles and Permission Sets. If you have customizations, such as Custom Permission Sets, Process Builders on Velocify configured objects, custom code or jobs, they should all be tested with this release during the 4 week Sandbox window. If you have questions on suggested Test Cases, reach out to your Velocify Project Team Lead or Laurie Waddell.

Production Deployment Reminder

Prior to the scheduled Velocify Pulse deployment to Production, verify that there are no deleted fields in your org that are yet to be erased.
