These are the release notes for the Velocify Pulse 20.3 Release. They include a high-level overview of new features, feature and form enhancements, and fixed issues, followed by more detailed information and instructions where appropriate.

What's in This Release

  • Accessibility Updates: The Velocify tab of the Pulse application has been updated to use the Salesforce Lightning Design Styles. This update focuses on supporting initiatives around Accessibility support to the WCAG 2.0 Level AA standards.

  • Priority View and Distribution Program Search:  Use the new Search feature to quickly find Priority Rules or Distributions programs. This provides Pulse configurations additional support for multiple sales processes.
  • Reports Enhancements:

    • Call duration indicators included in table headers only for easier management and manipulation of the data.
    • New Metrics: Abandonment Rate and Service Level %
  • Create Event Update: Use the new Location and Event Type fields when creating an Event through a Process, so that you can complete your action and event details at the same time.
  • Velocify Security Services: Details of your next steps as Velocify’s contract with Mashery terminates on end of January 2021.
