URLA Continuation Sheet

Use the 1003 URLA Continuation input form to enter additional information for the borrower or co-borrower that displays on the Universal Residential Loan – Continuation Sheet output form. The Continuation Sheet is included when you generate an URLA 2020 output form with one or more of the following conditions:

There is a balloon payment on the loan
The Subject Property state (field ID 14) is CA, MA, or SC.
Descriptions have been entered on the 1003 URLA - Continuation input form (field ID 213 or 214)
Descriptions have been entered and the Print explanation on URLA checkbox is selected in one or more Add Explanation pop-up boxes in the Section 5. Declarations section on the 1003 URLA Part 4.

Under URLA 2020, the following information displays on the URLA Continuation output form in the order shown below:

Balloon payment information, if applicable.
State Specific required language when the Subject Property state (field ID 14) is CA, MA, or SC.
Borrower Additional Information:
- Descriptions entered on the 1003 URLA - Continuation input form.
- Descriptions entered in the Add Explanation pop-up boxes on the Section 5. Declarations section on the 1003 URLA Part 4 (when the Print explanation on URLA checkbox is selected in the Add Explanation pop-up window).
Co-Borrower Additional Information:
- Descriptions entered on the 1003 URLA - Continuation input form.
- Descriptions entered in the Add Explanation pop-up boxes on the Section 5. Declarations section on the 1003 URLA Part 4 (when the Print explanation on URLA checkbox is selected in the Add Explanation pop-up window).
